the things i do: i draw pictures

I have a tendency to always draw with lots of color. I can't seem to help myself. I usually start off with black and white. I begin to add a little bit of color to make that one little thing pop. Next thing you know, I am adding just a little bit more. And then, a little bit more...until the entire thing is totally colorful. I rarely go for muted colors. I go bold and I go bright. I love color. And I love contrast. Once in a blue moon I will force myself not to use color at all. It's the only way for me to do it. I'm all or nothing. The above drawing was as an exercise... in restraint.
